pure, smokin, fun.......
Having gone to many many shows. This I would have to say is the show I would put up there in my top 5 of all time. Maybe even my number 1. Might have to do with the fact of the outside circus b4 the show. This was a GREAT day to be in the parking lot.... I think the band go off on the pure fact that they had not played here b4 also.
They come out smokin and dont stop till the very last note of Baby Blue. Many years of tiring living yet many memory's now. The sound here in my oppion is outstanding. I am one who doesnt give 5 starts only because I think many of us got very picky over the years. Only way this would have been better is if they played a third set. That said this recording is top notch.

Sawdust on the floor
What a barn-burner this show was. I might be a little biased - Boise is my home town. This was only my 3rd show (of a long touring career to follow). Hiked 12 miles out of the Bighorn Crags, and drove 6 hours that day back to town, barely made the show (but did see the cop car covered in GD stickers in the lot). Loved it at the time, but in retrospect might have been one of my top three (gotta leave room for both nights at Augusta, ME 1984). This version, board/audience mix is sooooo sweet. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
